QuickStart Guide
5-Amino-1MQ is a selective NNMT inhibitor studied for its role in fat metabolism, lean mass preservation, and cellular energy balance. By blocking NNMT, it may help increase NAD+ levels and activate pathways linked to metabolic efficiency and improved body composition.
- Reconstitution: Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~5 mg/mL (for a 5 mg vial)
- Typical Daily Range: 2.5–5 mg, once or split into two doses (subcutaneous)
- Easy Measuring: At 5 mg/mL → 1 unit (U-100) = 0.01 mL = 50 mcg (0.05 mg)
- Storage:
- Lyophilized: −20°C or colder
- Reconstituted: 2–8°C (fridge), use within ~2–4 weeks
⚙️ How This Works
🧪 Steps FOr reconstitution
- Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water using a sterile syringe
- Inject slowly down the vial wall (don’t blast it, avoid foaming)
- Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved (no shaking)
- Label with the date, store in the fridge at 2–8°C, keep out of light
- Use within 4 weeks after reconstitution
⚖️ BENIFITS & SIDE EFFECTS
💉 Dosing Protocol
📅 Standard Protocol (twice daily)
Frequency: Inject once or twice daily (subcutaneous). With a plasma half-life of roughly 3.8–6.9 hours, splitting into twice-daily dosing can help keep levels more stable throughout the day.
