QuickStart Guide
DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a naturally occurring peptide studied for its ability to support deeper sleep, improve recovery, and help regulate stress response. Research suggests it may help improve sleep quality and support a calmer nervous system without the heavy groggy feeling often linked to sleep aids.
- Reconstitution: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~3.33 mg/mL
- Typical Daily Range: 100–300 mcg once daily, usually in the evening (titrate gradually)
- Easy Measuring: At 3.33 mg/mL → 1 unit (U-100) = 0.01 mL ≈ 33.3 mcg
- Storage:
- Lyophilized: −20°C or colder
- Reconstituted: 2–8°C (fridge)
- Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles
⚙️ How This Works
🧪 Steps FOr reconstitution
- Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water using a sterile syringe
- Inject slowly down the vial wall (don’t blast it, avoid foaming)
- Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved (no shaking)
- Label with the date, store in the fridge at 2–8°C, keep out of light
- Use within 4 weeks after reconstitution
